Ravioli

Ingredeints
Ravioli round or square wraps 20
Italian Seasoned Tomato sauce 4cups
Eggplants 1
Ripe tomatoes 2
Onions 1
Garlic cloves 2
Chilli powder 1/4tsp
cumin  1/2tsp
basil leaves
Salt
Oil

Method
1.Saute onions and add chopped garlic .
2.Add tomatoes ,spices and egg plants.
3.Cook until tender.Add salt.
4.cool and grind to a paste
5.stuff this paste in ravioli wraps.seal the edges of the wraps using a fork or egg wash.
6.cook the wraps in Boiling salted water for about 5minutes.
7.Heat the seasoned tomato sauce in a skillet.
8.Lay the ravioli wraps on a plate and pour the sauce over it.Garnish with some chopped basil.

Cooking Tip :Add some minced Beef instead of Eggplants to make Beef Ravioli
