Shami Kabab
Ingredients
Lamb Boneless 2lbs
Chana Dal 1/2cup
Ginger Garlic paste 1Tsp
Cloves -2
Cinnamon Sticks 1
Tumeric 1/2tsp
Green Chillies 2
Coriander and Mint leaves chopped 1cup
Salt and Oil

1.Marinate Lamb with all the spices except oil.
2.Soak Dal for an hour.
3.Mix the dal with the lamb and pressure cook for 10minutes or untill the meat is tender and no water is left.
4.Let it cool.then blend and make patties.Patties can be stuffed with chopped onions ,mint leaves and green chilles finely chopped with squeeze of lemon.
5.shallow fry the patties until brown on both sides and serve with Rice
