Sheekh Kababs
Ingredients
Minced Lamb or beef 2lbs
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Ground Cumin,cloves and cinnamon 1tsp
Chopped cilantro 1bunch
Chopped Green chillies 2
Salt

Method
1.Marinate meat  for 4-6hrs in all the spices,green chillies and cilantro. (do not add Oil).
2.Dip hand in cold water before making the kababs on Bamboo Skewers.
4.Grill or BBQ on charcoal or Bake in Preheated Oven of 375F   until tender(about 45minutes)
4.serve hot.
