Sooji Kheer
Ingredients
Sooji-3tbsp
milk-2cups
Sugar-1/2 cup
chopped almonds and cashews -2tbsp
raisins-1/2tbsp
cardamom -2
gheee-2tbsp

1.Boil Milk.Add sugar and slightly crushed cardamoms.
2.separately saute sooji in ghee for couple of minutes.
3.add sooji to the milk while stirring constantly.add dry fruits
4.simmer for 5 minutes.
5.serve warm or chilled.
