Spagetti with Meatballs Ingredients Spagetti 1lb Ground beef 1lb Spagetti tomato sauce 2cups Onions 1 Garlic cloves 2 cumin 1/2tsp Chilli powder 1/4tsp parmesan cheese 1/2cup bread crumbs 2cups Salt Oil for shallow fry. Preparing Meatballs 1.Mix beef with the cumin,parmesan cheese grated,crushed chopped garlic and 1/2cup of bread crumbs 2.Make small size meat balls(wet hands in cold water before making the balls) 3.roll the balls in breadcrumbs and shallow fry until light brown. Preparing spagetti 1.Boil water with salt. 2.Add the pasta and cook for about 10minutes and drain 3.In a skillet saute onions and add the tomato sauce.simmer for a minute. 4.Add the meat balls and pasta and serve. . |
