Strawberry Souffle Frozen strawberry 2cups eggs 4 Whipping cream-1cup Gelatine-2tbsp sugar 1cup Method 1.Thaw the frozen berries.puree and boil with some sugar to make thick puree. 2.beat the egg yolks and temper by adding some warm strawberry puree.Them pour the remaining mixture in to the puree.stir until it thicken. 3.Slightly whip the cream.Stir it in strawberry puree mixture. 4.dissolve the gelatin in warm water and stir it in the mixture. 5.beat the egg whites until light and fluffy.fold it gently in to the strawberry puree mixture. 6.Bake in a 350F degree oven until set.serve warm or refrigrate to 2hrs and serve cold. |
