Stuffed Bread

Ingredients for dough
All purpose wheat flour 3cups
yeast 1pack
Salt 1/2tsp
olive oil  2tsp

For Stuffing
Ground beef 1lb
Parmesan 1/4cup
Spinach 1/2pack
onions chopped 1/2cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Cumin 1/2tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Sesame seeds 1tsp
olive oil
Salt

Preparation of Dough
1.Dissolve yeast in warm water(about 110f) for 10 minutes.
2.make a dough of the yeast ,salt,olive oil and the wheat flour.
3.keep  the dough in a ligtly greased bowl and cover.Allow it to to rise for 2hrs in a warm place.

Preparing the stuffing
1.Saute onions and add ginger garlic paste.saute for another minute
2.Add the ground meat and cook for few minutes.
3.Add spices and chopped spinach.cook until water is all absorbed.
4.cool the stuffing.

Preparing the Bread
Pre heat the oven to 375F.
1.Knead the risen dough for couple of minutes.
2.make a round shape using a rolling pin (about 12" long)
3.spread the stuffing and parmesan cheese evenly
4.Roll the dough slowly folding the sides .
5.brush with egg wash and add some sesame seeds on the top.Bake in a grease baking sheet for about 30minutes.
6.Cut in to slices and serve
