Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients
1.Tomatoes Large size 6
2.potatoes-2
3.chopped Carrots-2 small
4.peas-1/2cup
5.chopped Coriander
6.Garam masala-1tsp
7.Ginger garlic paste.
8.chopped onions- 1 medium
9.Chilli and tumeric powder
10.Oil and Salt

1.Boil ,peel  and mash the potatoes.Wash the tomatoes.Cut the top of the tomatoes.Remove the seeds and use the pulp in the curry.
2.Saute onions and add ginger garlic paste.saute for a minute
3.Add the vegetables along with the spices,tomato pulp and coriander
4.cook untill all the water is absorbed.
5..Stuff the tomatoes with the cooked Veggie mixture.
6.Shallow fry the  tomatoes on medium flame for 10minutes and serve with rice.
