Stuffed Zucchini
zucchinis medium size 6
pound ground lamb (or beef) 1/2lb
 uncooked rice 1/4cup
 garlic cloves crushed 2
 onion finely chopped 1/2cup
Salt
tomato sauce 1can(8oz)
Preparation
1.Cut each of the zucchinis in to two or three  and boil in some water for 5 minutes. cool and decore each zucchini with a  knife. Save the cores.
2.Saute onions and add chopped garlic .saute for a minute. Add lamb ,rice, tomato sauce, the cores of zucchini , and salt.
3.cook until rice is half cooked and most of the water is cooked.
4.Stuff each zucchini with this cooked meat and rice mixture.

5.Place these stuffed zucchini in a greased baking pan and Bake in a preheated oven of 375F for 25-30minutes.

 6.Serve warm.
