Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken 2lbs
Onions 1
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
garam masala or Tandoori masala 1tsp
Turmeric 1/4tsp
food color orange or red (if using garam masala)
Lemon 1
Oil
Salt

Method
1.Marinate chicken for about 3-4hrs  in ginger garlic paste ,salt , lemon juice,color ,spices and oil.
2.Pre heat oven to 375F .Put the marinated chicken in baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes.
3.Garnish with onions ,lemon wedges and serve with rice
