Tomato,carrot and Potato Soup Ingredients Ripe Tomatoes 2 Carrots 2 Potatoes 1 Onions 1 whole Black pepper 1/2tsp Salt Croutons 1cup Coriander chopped 1/2cup Method 1.Chop the vegetables in big pieces. 2.Cook the Vegetables and black pepper in skillet with lid with 1cup of water until tender. 3.Cool and blend the Vegetables 4.Add 2cups of water and bring to a boil.add salt. 5.Serve hot with croutons and chopped coriander. |
