3.Tomato sauce 1cup |

4.Ginger garlic paste 1tsp |

5.Chilli powder 1/2tsp |

6.Tumeric 1/4tsp |

Method |
|
|
|
1.Marinate chicken for an hour with the tomato sauce and the spices. |
|
|
|
2.Shallow fry the chicken until tender and keep aside. |
|
|
|
3.In a separate skillet add 2tsp of oil along with curry leaves and mustard seeds. When curry leaves start to splatter add the tomatoes and cook until tender. |
|
|
|
4.Add the marinade(liquid remaining in the marinated chicken) to the cooked tomatoes and bring to a boil. |
|
|
|
5.Add the fried chicken and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice or roti. |
