Tomato chicken
Ingredients
1.Chicken 2lbs
2.Tomatoes 1lb
3.Tomato sauce 1cup
4.Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
5.Chilli powder 1/2tsp
6.Tumeric 1/4tsp
7.GaramMasala 1/2tsp
8.curry leaves  2stems
9.mustard seeds 1/2tsp
10.Salt and Oil
Method
1.Marinate chicken for an hour with the tomato sauce and the spices.
2.Shallow fry the chicken until tender and keep aside.
3.In a separate skillet add 2tsp of oil along with curry leaves and mustard seeds. When curry leaves start to splatter add the tomatoes and cook until tender.
4.Add the marinade(liquid remaining in the marinated chicken) to the cooked tomatoes and bring to a boil.
5.Add the fried chicken and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice or roti.
