Fruity Truffle Cake
Ingredients
Pineapple Cake mix 1pack
Crushed pineapple 1/2cup
sliced Peaches/mangoes/kiwis/Strawberries/grapes for topping
Whipped cream for topping.
Method
Preheat the oven to 375F
1.Bake the cake in two 8inch pans as per the instructions on the pack.
2.cool the cakes and flip the pan to remove them.
3.arrange one cake as the base.spread the whipped cream over it. sprinkle some crushed pineapple.Cover with the second cake.
4.Now spread the whipped cream and arrange all the sliced fruits on the top.Chill for an hour and serve.
cooking Variation:To make Mango truffle cake stir in some sweetened mango pulp in whipped cream.use mango slices on the toppings.
