Upma Ingredients 1.Sooji 2cups 2.Onions 1& Tomatoes 1 chopped 3.Curry leaves 2stems 4.Green chillies chopped 2 5.Mustard seeds 1/2tsp 6.Tumeric 1/4tsp 7.Ginger chopped 1tsp 8.Chopped Cilantro 1/4cup 9.Salt and Oil 10.Cashews 1cup Method 1.Saute onions with curry leaves,mustard seeds ,green chillies and chopped ginger.Add tomatoes saute until tender. 2.Add about 3cups of water and bring to a boil. 3.Slowly add the sooji while stirring continuosly to prevent lumps. 4.Cover and simmer for 2minutes. 5.Garnish with Roasted Cashews,chopped cilantro.serve warm. serves 4 |
