Vegetable Khorma

Ingredients
1.Potato(cut in cubes) 1medium
2.Peas 1/2cup
3.Beans(Chopped) 1/2cup
4.Carrots(Chopped) 2
5.Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
6.yogurt 1cup
7.Coconut chips(powdered) 1cup
8.Onions chopped 1medium
9.Chilli powder 1/2tsp
10 Tumeric 1/4tsp
11.Garam Masala 1/2tsp
12. Salt and Oil

Method
1.Stir fry the vegetables in 2tbsp of oil  and keep aside.
2.In the same skillet add onions and saute untill brown.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2minutes.
3.Add the coconut paste ,spices and cook until oil leaves the vessel.
4.Add yogurt stir well.Then add a cup of water and the fried vegetables.Bring to a boil.
5.Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with rice or roti
