Vegetable Manchurian Ingredients 1.Vegetables (cabbage 1/2,peas 1cup and carrots 2) 2.All purpose flour or corn flour 2cups 3.ginger garlic paste 1tsp 4.Black pepper 1tsp 5.Green chillies 2 6.Green onions 2cups 7.Hot tomato chilli sauce 2Tbsp 8.Soy sauce 2Tbsp 9.Salt 10.Oil for deep frying 11.Coriander Chopped 1cup Method 1.Chop the vegetable and coarsely grind them.Strain all the water. 2.Mix the flour in to the strained vegetables ,ginger garlic paste,black pepper and salt. 3.Make round small size balls. 4.Heat the oil and fry the Veggie balls until light brown 5.Saute green onions ,chopped chillies in a separate skillet.Add soysauce and hot chilli sauce. 6.Mix in the fried veggie balls.garnish with chopped Coriander.serve Hot. |
