Vegetable Bajji

All purpose flour 1cup
sour yogurt 1/2cup
cauliflower florets 10 medium size
chopped green chillies 2
rice flour 1tsp
salt
oil to deep fry


Method:

1.Boil the florets in some salty water until tender(about 3minutes).strain all the water.
2.Make a batter by mixing flours,yogurt,chillies,turmeric and salt.
3.heat the oil.Dip the florets in batter and dropin the hot oil.Fry till  brown and crispy
3.serve hot with any chutney
