Vegetable Pakodas
Ingredients
Chana flour 2cups
finely chopped coriander(cilantro) 1/4cup
chopped onion 1small
chopped green chillies 2
sweet peas 2tsp
chopped carrots 2tsp
chopped cabbage 1/2cup
red chilli powder 1/2tsp
turmeric 1/8th of tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/4tsp
Zeera powder 1/2tsp
salt
oil to deep fry


Method:

1.Make a batter by mixing little water with chana flour,salt,chilli powder,turmeric,ginger garlic paste and all the vegetables.
2.heat the oil, take little batter about a spoon ful and fry in the oil till light brown
3.serve hot.
