Aloo&Baigan Bajji

Ingredients
Potato(Aloo) 1 and Baigan(Eggplant) 2medium
Chana Flour(Besan/gram flour) 2cups
Chillipowder 1/4tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Chaat masala 1tsp
salt
Oil for deep frying

1.Thinly slice the potatoes and eggplants.
2.Make a batter of chana flour with some water and the spices.
3.Heat the oil
4.Dip the slices  in the batter and fry them until light brown.
5.Serve hot with pudina chutney.Sprinkle some chaat masala on the bajjis before serving.
