Aloo Bhonda

Ingredients
Potato(Aloo) 1  2medium
Chana Flour(Besan/gram flour) 2cups
Chillipowder 1/4tsp
Tumeric 1/2tsp
green chillies 2
Chaat masala 1tsp
salt
Oil for deep frying

1.Boil,peel and mash the potatoes.Mix in salt,turmeric and chopped chillies.knead it well.Make round walnutl sized balls and keep aside.
2.Make a batter of chana flour with some water and the spices.
3.Heat the oil
4.Dip the potato balls  in the batter and drop in hot oil.fry them until light brown.
5.Serve hot.Sprinkle some chaat masala on the bhondas before serving.
