Cauliflower pakodas

Ingredients

1.Cauliflower florets  10 medium size
2.chana dal flour(Besan) 1cup
3.zeera 1/4tsp
4.red chilli powder 1/4tsp
5. turmeric 1/8of tsp
6.salt and oil

Method

1.Boil the florets in salty water for a minute until slightly tender.
2.mix all the ingredients except oil.Add  little water to make smooth batter.
3.heat oil in a deep kadai.
4.Dip the florets in the besan batter and carefully drop in hot oil. fry untill lightly brown and crispy.
5. serve hot with hot and chilli tomato sauce
