Chole(Chickpeas Curry)

Ingredients
Chickpeas canned 2cups or dry 1cup
Onions 2
Tomatoes 1
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Ground cumin,cloves and cinnamon 1tsp ot chole masala 1tsp
Cilantro chopped 1cup
Lemon 2tsp
Salt
Oil

Method
1.Soak the dry chickpeas overnight.Pressure cook for 10minutes until tender or use the canned chickpeas
2.Saute onions until light brown .add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute
3.add tomatoes cook untill tender.Add the spices .
4.Add the cooked or canned chickpeas.And 1cup of water.
5.simmer for 10minutes.Add lemon juice.
6.garnish with cilantro serve with roti or rice.
