Couscous
chicken broth 2cups
Onions chopped 1/2cup
Garlic chopped 1
Olive oil 2tsps
 couscous 2cups
Chopped cilantro or parsley 1/2cup
1.saute onions in olive oil and add garlic.Add the chicken broth and bring  to a boil.
2.Gradually, stir in the couscous. Remove from heat, cover and set aside to steep for at least five minutes.
3.Garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley and serve with lamb or chicken or fish or vegetables
