Cutlets Potato Cutlets Ingredients 1.potatoes 2 2.black pepper 1/4tsp 3.finely chopped greenchillies and coriander(green masala) 4.salt 5.oil to shallow fry Method 1.Boil the potatoes.smash them and mix with salt,blackpepper and green masala 2.make round patties. 3.heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties untill crispy brown on both sides.serve with ketchup.
