Potato Cutlets

Ingredients
1.potatoes 2
2.black pepper 1/4tsp
3.finely chopped greenchillies and coriander(green masala)
4.salt
5.oil to shallow fry

Method
1.Boil the potatoes.smash them and mix with salt,blackpepper and green masala
2.make round patties.
3.heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties untill crispy brown on both sides.serve with ketchup.



Chicken & Vegetable Cutlets

Ingredients
1.boneless chicken pieces  1lb(about 1/2 kg)
2.potatoes-(optional)1small
3.carrots -1
4.peas -2tsp
5.Black pepper 1/4tsp
6.chopped coriander and green chillies(green masala)
7.Bread crumbs 1cup
8.Eggs 1
9.Salt
10.oil

Method
1.Boil the chicken,potatoes,carrots,peas.drain the water completely.mash them and mix with salt,blackpepper and green masala
2.make round patties.whip the egg.Spread the bread crumbs in a plate.Dip the patties in eggs,then in bread crumbs.
3.heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the breaded patties untill brown on both sides
4.Keep warm in the oven until its time to serve.
