Dahi Vada
Ingredients
1.
Vadas(see under SouthIndianBrkfast)
2.finely chopped coriander(cilantro) and green chillies 2
3.yogurt 2cups
4.tamarind date chutney 1tsp

Method:

1.Make
Vadas.
2.whip the yogurt.add a little salt,chillies and coriander.
3.Drop  the fried vadas in to the beaten yogurt.
4.garnish with tamarind date chutney.
5.Refrigrate for an hour.serve cold.
