Egg Khorma

Ingredients
Boiled Eggs 4
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
yogurt 1cup
Coconut chips(powdered) 1cup
Onions chopped 1medium
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Salt and Oil

Method
1.Stir fry the whole boiled eggs in 2tbsp of oil  and keep aside.
2.In the same skillet add onions and saute untill brown.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2minutes.
3.Add the coconut paste ,spices and cook until oil leaves the vessel.
4.Add yogurt stir well.Then add a cup of water.Bring to a boil.
5.Halve the fried eggs and add to the gravy.Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with rice or roti
