FRIED ONION RINGS Ingredient onions 3large cut in rings |

olive oil 2tsp half and half 1/2cup egg 1 soy flour 1/2cup salt 1/2tsp pepper 1/4tsp 1.Cut onions into 1/4 inch slices and separate into rings. |

3. Beat remaining ingredients with hand beater until smooth. Dip each ring into batter, letting excess drip into bowl. Fry a few onion rings at a time in hot oil, turning once, until golden brown, about 2 minutes; drain on papper towels and serve with ketchup. | ||||||||||||
