Ginger Chutney

Ingredeints
Ginger 1big root
Tomatoes 1big
Curry leaves 2stems
Dry Red chillies 3
Zeera(cumin seeds) 1/2tsp
Tamarind paste 1tsp
mustard seeds 1/2tsp
Salt
Vegetable Oil 2tsp

Method
1.Peel and Chop the ginger.
2.Fry the curry leaves,mustard seeds,zeera,red chillies  in 2tsp of oil for 2minutes.Add chopped tomatoes and fry for few minutes.Mix in the ginger.
3.Grind the mixture in to a smooth paste.Blend in some salt and tamarind paste.
4.serve with idli or dosa.
