Gobi Parathas

Ingredients

Wheat flour 3cups
gobi florets 6 medium sized
salt-1tbsp
oil-1/4cup
green chillies-3
coriander chopped-1/4cup

Method
1.make dough of the wheat flour with some oil and salt.
2.boil gobi florets.cool and smash them.
3.mix the gobi with the chopped chillies,salt and coriander.
4.Make rotis of the dough about 4inches.keep about a teaspoonful of gobi in the center.close the roti and flatten it again carefully without applying much pressure.
5.heat teaspoonful of oil in a pan and shallow fry the parathas on both sides.
6.serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
