Gongura Chutney

Ingredeints
Gongura 2bunches
Onions 1small
Curry leaves 2stems
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Dry Red chillies 3
Zeera(cumin seeds) 1/2tsp
Corainder seeds(Dhania) powder 1tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4tsp
Salt
Oil

Method
1.Chop the onions saute in some oil with red chillies,cumin seeds,curry leaves and mustard seeds until light brown.
2.Add finely chopped gongura.Add chilli powder ,turmeric and dhania powder. cover and cook until gongura is tender.
3.serve with plain rice
