Kheema Fried Rice

Ingredients
Rice 2cups
Lamb/goat/beef ground(kheema) 1lb
Potatoes(cut in cubes) 2medium
Onions 1 small
Ginger Garlic paste 1Tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Corainder chopped
Lemon 1
Salt and Oil

1.Wash and cook the rice 4cups of salted water.
2Shallow fry the potatoes in 4tsp of oil and keep aside.
3.Saute onions in the same oil and add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute
4.Add the spices and kheema.
5.Cook until all the water is evaporated(about 10minutes).
6.Mix the fried potatoes and stir well.Mix in the cooked rice.cook for 2minutes.
7.Garnish with chopped coriander and crispy fried onions and serve.
