Kichdi

Ingredients
1.Basmati rice 3cups
2.Moong dal 2tbsp
3.green chillies-2
4.turmeric 1/2tsp
5.Salt-1tsp
6.Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp
7.onions-1 small
8.oil -2tbsp

Method
1.Chop onions .soak rice for 15minutes.
2.Fry onions until light brown.Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
3.add green chillies and moong dal
4.add soaked rice ,turmeric and about 4cups of water.cover and cook for 15minutes
6.serve with any
dal or Til chutney
