Lemon Rice

Ingredients
Rice 2cups
Lemon juice 1/4cup
Chana dal 1tsp
Groundnuts/peanuts 1/4cup
Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
Red chillies 4
Zeera(cumin seeds) 1tsp
Turmeric 1/4tsp
Chilli powder 1/4tsp
Green chillies 2
Ginger chopped 1/2tsp
Vegetable Oil -2tbsp
Salt-1tsp

Method
1.Wash and soak rice for 10minutes.Cook in 4cups of water.Mix the Lemon juice in the cooked rice and keep aside.
2.In 2Tbsp of oil add chanadal,peanuts,mustard seeds,red chillies,green chillies,zeera and roast until lightly brown.
3.Add the rice mixed with lemon juice.Add turmeric and stir well .cook for 2minutes and serve
