Mango Souffle
Sweetened Mango Pulp 2cups
Evaporated Milk or boiled milk-1cup
Whipping cream-1/2cup
Mango jelly powder(Halal)-2tbsp

Method
1.Dissolve the jelly powder in some warm water.
2.Mix it in to the sweetened mango pulp.Slightly whip the cream.Stir it in mango pulp mixture along with evaporated milk.Pour it in bowl to freeze.
3.freeze overnight or until frozen.scoop out the frozen souffle.top with mango slices and serve chilled.

Cooking Variation
:Make Strawberry Souffle by using strawberry puree.Prepare the strawberry puree by blending the strawberries(frozen or fresh).Mix in sugar and boil until it thickens to a puree.
