Methi parathas Ingredients Wheat flour 3cups Methi leaves 1cup salt-1tbsp oil-1/4cup green chillies-3 zeera-1/4tsp Method 1.boil Methi leaves.cool and drain water. 2.Make dough of wheat flour,water,boiled methi leaves,salt,chopped chillies and zeera.keep aside for an hour and knead it later. 4.Make rotis of the dough. 5.heat teaspoonful of oil in a pan and shallow fry the parathas on both sides. 6.serve hot with dal or chutney. |
