Pudina(Mint) Chutney

Ingredeints
Mint leaves(pudina) 1bunch
Tamarind paste 1Tbsp
Curry leaves 1stem
Zeera(cumin seeds) 1tsp
Corainder seeds(Dhania) 1tsp
Salt


Method
1.roast the Coriander seeds and cumin seeds until light brown.
2.Grind Mint ,curry leaves with roasted coriander seeds and cumin seeds.
3.Also blend in the tamarind paste and salt.
4.serve with
chaat or dahi vada.
