INGREDIENTS: |

all-purpose flour 2cups |
|
|
|

|
|
|
brown sugar 1/4cup |
|
|
|
|
|
baking powder 1tsp |
|
|
|
|
|
Salt 1/4tsp |
|
|
|
butter, chilled 1stick |
|
|
|
|
|
|
fresh blueberries or cranberries or raisins 1cup |
|

half-and-half cream 3/4cup |
|
|

egg 1 |

Preparation |

|
|
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). |
|
|
|
2.Cut cold butter into cubes and mix in to the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add blueberries and toss to mix. |

|
|
3.In separate bowl beat together cream and egg, and slowly pour into dry ingredients, stirring with rubber scraper until dough forms. Knead gently just until it comes together. |

4. Shape the dough in rectangle. Then cut in 4 squares and cut the squares across to make triangular pieces. Place them on lightly floured board. |

|
5.Bake on un greased sheet about 20 minutes at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Serve warm!! |
