Shahi Tukre
Ingredients:
1.bread  slices 8-10
2 Whipping cream 2cups
3.sugar syrup-2cups
4.cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
5.chopped almonds and cashews 1/2cup
6. oil or ghee to deep fry
Preparation:
1.Cut the bread in long rectangular shape.Dry them or toast them in oven before frying them
2.heat Oil or ghee.Fry the toasted bread until golden brown.Strain the excess oil.
2.Make the sugar syrup by boiling1cup of water and 1cup of sugar.Add cardamoms.
3.dip the fried pieces in the sugar syrup for a minute until nicely soaked in syrup.And arrange them in a serving tray.
4.Whip the whipping cream until nice and fluffy.Top over the soaked slices of bread.Sprinkle some chopped nuts and serve.
