Spicy Carrot Soup

Ingredients
Carrots 4 medium
Green onions 2
Cumin 1/2tsp
Chicken stock 2cups
Coconut milk 1/2cup
Cilantro chopped for garnish.
Oil 1tsp

Method
1.Saute green onions and add sliced carrots.Add spices.cook until carrots are tender.
2.Blend the carrots.Add chicken stock and simmer for 10minutes.Add coconut milk cook simmer for 2 more minutes.
3.Garnish with chopped cilantro.Serve warm.
