Spinach pakodas

ngredients

1.spinach leaves 20 medium size
2.chana dal flour 1cup
3.red chilli powder 1/4tsp
4. turmeric 1/8th of tsp
5.salt and oil

Method

1.Make a batter of chana dal , chilli powder turmeric and salt
2.heat oil for deep frying.Dip the spinach leaves one at a time in the batter and  and fry untill lightly brown and crispy.
3.strain the excess oil and serve hot
