Spring rolls

Ingredients
Spring roll or egg roll wrappers 25
Cabbage chopped 2cups
Bell pepper chopped 1/2cup
Carrots chopped 1cup
Onions chopped 1cup
Green chillies chopped 3
Tomato Ketchup 1cup
Soy sauce 2tsp
Ginger chopped 1tsp
Garlic chopped 1tsp

Preparation
Keep the wrappers covered  in a damp towel for atleast 30minutes before using it.
1.Saute chopped onions.Add chopped ginger and garlic.Add the chopped vegetables along with soysauce.Cook for 10minutes.Add salt,pepper and ketchup stir well.Cook for few more minutes until most of the water is absorbed.
2.Heat oil for deep frying
3.Place 1spoon full of mixture on a single wrapper and start rolling from one corner while folding in the other corners.seal it with some water or beaten eggs.
4.Deep fry until golden brown.Keep warm in oven until its time to serve.Serve with chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
