Stuffed Baigan 1.Baigan medium and round 6 2.Onions 2medium 3.Garlic cloves 4 4.Cumin(zeera) seeds 1/2tsp 5.Chilli powder 1/2tsp 6.Salt and oil Method 1.Cut the stems of baigan partially.Slit across carefully to make place for stuffing. 2.Blend the chopped onions with garlic and cumin.Mix salt and chilli powder. 3.Take the baigans and stuff with the onion mixture.Shallow fry on medium flame until brown.serve with rice |
