Stuffed Karela(Bittergout)

1.karela 3medium
2.Onions 2medium
3.Garlic cloves 4
4.Cumin(zeera) seeds 1/2tsp
5.Chilli powder 1/2tsp
6.Salt and oil

Method
1.Scrape the rough skin of karela .cut the karela in to medium pieces.Deseed it(should be like empty pipes) and boil it in salt water (to remove bitterness)
2.Blend the chopped onions with garlic and cumin.Mix salt and chilli powder.
3.Take the boiled pieces of karela stuff with the onion mixture.Shallow fry until brown.serve with rice
