Stuffed Tomatoes
Medium Ripe Tomatoes 6

 White Bread, 6slices

  Parsley, chopped 1cup

 Garlic Cloves 3

Parmesan cheese 1cup

 Olive Oil 1/2cup

Salt & Pepper


Preparation
1.Cut the bread slices in to small pieces.Mix with the chopped parsley,crushed garlic,cheese,salt and pepper .process them in a food processor until bread is all crumbled.
2. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut off the top. remove the pulp and seeds. Arrange the tomatoes on a Baking tray, and fill with the bread mixture.Drizzle some olive oil over them and bake at 350F for 15minutes until the crust is ligtly brown. Serve warm.
