Subzi Dal

Ingredients
Toovar dal ,Urad Dal , Moong dal  1cup
Finely chopped vegetables(beans,carrots,peas) 1cup
lemon/lime juice 2tbsp
coriander chopped
Curry leaves,zeera(cumin seeds) ,rai seeds(mustard seeds),dried red chillies for tadka
Oil 2tbsp
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
tumeric powder 2pinches
garam masala(finely ground cloves,cinnamon,cardamom) 1/4tsp
ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
salt

1.Wash and soak the dals for about 10minutes
2.cook the dal with 1cup of water and tumeric until tender.
3.mash the dal add salt and keep aside
4.Saute the vegetables add the masala(chilli powder,tumeric,garam masala,ginger garlic paste)
5Mix the dal  in vegetables .add little water and bring to boil.
6.Mix lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander
7.Prepare tadka by frying the Curry leaves, zeera,rai and red chilles in oil untill splattering.
8.add takda to the dal before serving.
