Vegatable Pulov

Ingredients
1.Basmati rice 3cups
2.Mixed Vegetable(Carrots,Beans,Peas,potatoes)-2cups
3.Garam Masala(powdered cinnamon,cardamom,zeera) 1/2tbsp
4.Red chilli powder-1tsp
5.turmeric 1/2tsp
6.Salt-1tsp
7.Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp
8.onions-1
9.oil -2tbsp

Method
1.Chop onions and the vegetables.soak rice for 15minutes.
2.Fry onions until light brown.Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
3.add vegetables and other spices.fry for 5minutes
4.add soaked rice and about 4cups of water.cover and cook for 15minutes
6.serve hot
