| Libeyan Alliance |
| The Libeyan Alliance is the grassy home of the Red Warrior. The Libeyans live their life in an unrestricted way, in accordance with the lands and the sacred law of "Do what is right, or be punished accordingly." The Libeyans value goodness and virtue above all things, but believe that laws get in the way of people's good intentions. They are often called barbarians by the more "civilized" Alliances, but despite their crude dwellings and villages, the Libeyans have a very intelligent system of government. The Libeyans are a people who value initiative and courage. If something needs to be done within a town, a citizen will very often go door to door to take a collection, get the job done on his own. If a public building needs to be built, a road needs to be cobbled, or a town wall needs to be erected, someone will eventually take initiative. That person will ask for a donation from his townspeople, and then use that money to pay for materials and workers. He will often take a small portion of the money collected to pay for his work on the project. In this way, there is no government in the Libeyan culture. Might makes right is often the case, but a just hand will lead the people. The Red Warriors are fierce fighters who uphold the supreme law of good will and good intentions higher than anything. Each village has one or two Red Warriors to protect them. The Libeyan towns all share a flag, which is a red lion on a black field. |
