| Materian Alliance |
| The Materian Alliance exists in the colder pine forests to the north. Materians live at one with nature; they seek peace and balance. The Materian Alliance is full of natural wonders unmatched in any other Alliance. The lands are truly beautiful, many people seek to live there solely to be replenished by the freedom and purity of nature. The Materians do not hold good over evil, nor vice versa. They are typically pacifists, characterized by wisdom and mental fortitude. The Materian Alliance is not ruled by one common ruler. Each village has a ruler who is chosen by the people. The ruler is often chosen by the Druidi of the area. Materian sages, the Druidi, understand the ways of nature and the laws of magic better than any other. Druidi, regardless of their race, live to be a few thousand years old, growing more wise and more powerful as time goes on. A few civilizations exist in the Materian Alliance that are not Materians. Exiles and pilgrims from other Alliances take refuge in this peaceful paradise. The Druidi have ruled that so long as the foreigners live in accordance with nature, their asylum there will remain peaceful. The Materian flag is a green circle on a blue field. |
