There is little or nothing you can do to avoid becoming a victim of today's society. Almost none of us know how to live without being a part of it. who knows how to live without electricity or grocery stores anymore? (let alone, without tvs or computers). Yet, at the same time, if you allow it to happen, society will take over your whole life. "They" will tell you to do this, and "they" will tell you to do that. Society has an answer for every choice you'll ever have to make and would love to see you abide by its rules. Occasionally though, something so powerful and meaningful will come into your life that what "they" say and what "they" do just won't work anymore. These are the times when you must stand up for what you believe in. These are the times when you must gather all of your strength and make your own path. And this is finally the time to stop listening to "them" and start making things the way you want them to be.
