| Who are Beaver Scouts Beaver Scouting provides the first opportunity for young people tojoin the exciting world of Scouting. All Members are enthusiastic, energetic and full of get up and go. Beaver Scouts are young people between the ages of five and seven years who are Members of The Scout Association. Young people can join the Beaver Scouts at 5 years. They meet together as a Colony and within that , work in a variety of small groups, usually called Lodges. The Colony will normally comprises of about 24 Beavers Scouts and a team of adults who plan and run the meetings. Once they turn seven they are then able to move on to Cub Scouts where they can make new friends and try new and exciting activities. Beaver Scout Promise and Scout Motto Their Promise, which is appropriate for the age range is: Inwieghed li naghmel hilti bien inhobb lil-Alla, nghejn lil-haddiehor u nghix il-Motto tal-Beavers I promise to do my best, to love God, to help other people and to follow the Beaver Motto.
